Her diverse career path gives her a unique perspective. In both of her last two companies she was nominated to participate in accelerated leadership programs. Opportunities which built her business acumen and broadened her professional insight.

Working to build a globally recognized Ingredient Chemistry research team was perhaps her biggest career stretch to date. It was this experience that crystalized her belief that the most impactful investment any business will make is in its people. Highly engaged and skilled people transform a business.
